Where we ship

We ship worldwide — the United States and most countries across Europe, Asia, Oceania, Latin America and beyond.

Shipping cost

• Standard tracked shipping: $6 on single-item orders.
• FREE shipping on the 2x and 3x bundles.

Delivery times

1. Processing: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 24 hours (business days).
2. Transit: 3–7 business days for US orders; international delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination.

Times are estimates and can vary during holidays, order peaks or carrier delays.

Where orders ship from

Orders ship from our fulfillment network. During high-demand periods some items may ship from our international warehouses; every order is always tracked and insured.

Customs & extra fees

The price you see at checkout is the final price: no duties or surprise fees at delivery for US orders. International orders may be subject to local customs or import fees depending on your country's regulations; these are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your shipment on the Track Order page of our site.

Missed delivery

If you’re not home, the carrier leaves a notice and retries, or drops the package at a pickup point near you.

Address changes & cancellations

You can change your address or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped: contact us as soon as possible at info@dunkg.com.

Guaranteed shipments

Every shipment is tracked and insured. If a package is lost in transit, we offer a full refund or a free replacement.
