How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $6 on single-hoop orders and FREE on the 2x and 3x bundles.
When will my order arrive?
Processing takes up to 24 hours, then delivery takes 3–7 business days. Most orders arrive within a week of purchase.
Where does my order ship from?
Orders ship from our fulfillment network. During high-demand periods some items may ship from our international warehouses — every order is tracked and insured either way.
How do I track my package?
Use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email on our Track Order page. Updates can take 1–3 days to appear after shipment.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Write to us right away and we'll cancel and refund it in full.
What if I'm not home at delivery?
The carrier leaves a notice and retries, or drops your package at a nearby pickup point.
My tracking hasn't updated — should I worry?
No: carriers sometimes scan packages with a delay, especially right after pickup. If nothing moves for 5+ days, contact us and we'll investigate.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Send us a photo via the Contact page: we'll ship a free replacement or refund you, your choice.
Do you ship outside the US?
We currently focus on the US. If you'd like DUNKG shipped elsewhere, write to us — we'll let you know as soon as your country is available.
Is my package insured?
Yes, every single order. Lost or stolen in transit? We replace it for free or refund you in full.
