What is DUNKG?
DUNKG is the first stickable mini basketball hoop: a 7-inch wide stainless steel rim on a foam-padded steel spring and a vacuum suction base. It sticks to any smooth wall or door — no drill, no holes — and it's built to take real dunks.
Can I actually dunk on it?
Yes — that's the whole point. The stainless steel spring absorbs full-force slams and the Super Stick™ suction holds up to 75 pounds. Dunk on it: it stays.
What surfaces does it stick to?
Any smooth, flat, non-porous surface: painted walls (smooth finish), smooth doors, glass, mirrors, tile, metal, laminate. It does not stick to brick, textured or rough paint, wallpaper, or raw wood.
Will it damage my wall?
No. There are no screws, no holes and no adhesive — just a sealed vacuum suction cup. Release it and your wall looks exactly like before. Perfect for rentals and dorms.
What are the exact dimensions?
Suction cup: 7 in (18 cm) diameter. Rim: 7 in (18 cm) diameter, solid stainless steel with a real net. Spring: 1.5 in (4 cm) long.

How hard is the setup?
Easy — ready in about 30 seconds: connect the rim to the spring, the spring to the suction cup, then stick it on any smooth surface. No drill, no holes, no wall damage.
Is it loud?
No. Ordinary hoops rattle because they hang loose over a door. DUNKG sits flush against the wall, so there's nothing to bang or vibrate on your shots and dunks.
Can adults use it?
Absolutely. With a 75 lb vacuum hold and an all-metal build, DUNKG is made for kids AND grown-ups who never stopped wanting to dunk.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $6 — and it's FREE on the 2x and 3x bundles.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours, then delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can follow it anytime on our Track Order page.
Where does my order ship from?
Orders ship from our fulfillment network. During high-demand periods some items may ship from our international warehouses — every order is always tracked and insured either way.
Do I pay customs or extra fees?
No. The price you see at checkout is the final price — no surprise fees at delivery.
What if I'm not home for the delivery?
The carrier will leave a notice and retry delivery, or drop the package at a pickup point near you.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll update it.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Write to us right away via Contact and we'll cancel and refund it.
My order is late — what do I do?
Reach out via Contact with your order number: we'll check the status right away and get back to you.
Are shipments insured?
Yes! Every order is tracked and insured. If a package gets lost, we offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Will I get a shipping confirmation?
Yes, we send you a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as the package is handed to the carrier.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Is cash on delivery available?
We don't offer cash on delivery at the moment. Payment happens securely online when you place your order.
Are payments secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify with SSL encryption: your card details are protected and never stored by us.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Write to us via Contact and we'll send you the instructions.
How long do I have to return it?
30 days from the delivery date, with the product in good condition.
When do I get my refund?
Once we receive and check the return, your refund is issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
My product arrived damaged or defective?
Contact us right away with a photo: we'll send you a replacement or refund you, at no extra cost.
